Exercise, the stress-zapper; does exercise eliminate stress - or cause it?

Article Abstract:

Physical fitness enthusiasts note that exercise helps them control stress, but to the uninitiated, exercising can seem stressful in itself, because of embarrassment about sweating in public and related concerns. A woman reveals how she learned through practice that exercise does indeed reduce stress.
