Article Abstract:

The lawyer who won a pro-choice case before the Supreme Court in 1986 discusses the legal and political factors that make it unlikely that she will win her 1992 pro-choice case before the Supreme Court. Pro-choice activities of the American Civil Liberties Union are described.
