Jeff Poulin gained the attention of bodybuilding enthusiasts with his well developed legs. From a skinny 130 lbs., Poulin's 270 lbs show the work he has invested in defining his leg muscles. Poulin relies on traditional workout routines such as the leg press, leg extension, hack squat and squats to maintain mass and definition.
