A muscleman expert gives valuable advice and suggestions on how to time-manage two physical activities such as windsurfing and weight training. The trick is to make the two activities complement each other. Weather conditions should also be taken into consideration on deciding which activity to do.

The midlife crisis is associated with the onset of middle age. People start looking for new goals for the latter half of their life during this period. Being able to look inward and compete with themselves make people outgrow their midlife crises.
