Outdoor exercises such as running more effective in relieving stress than indoor routines. Exercise should be done when metabolism is highest, which is either morning or afternoon. Relaxing for 10-15 minutes after a workout is helpful.

The perfect pushup

The proper down and up positions of the pushup routine are described and illustrated. Hands should be placed on the ground with shoulder-width distance between them, and the chest should touch the ground with each repetition.
