Ex- OSHA administrator describes OSHA's credibility as a key safety enforcement agency. Henshaw believes that OSHA has the unique capacity to guide and assist during emergency. Henshaw plans to remain active in the occupational safety and health arena after his departure as OSHA administrator

Henshaw praised for efforts during OSHA tenure

Article Abstract:

OSHA administrator John Henshaw has submitted his resignation on December 8, 2004. His work at OSHA has come in for praise from many quarters including Labor Secretary Elaine Chao.
