Doctor's touch goes beyond documentation skills

Article Abstract:

Health care consumers want comforting, understanding physicians, and patients are unaware of the tremendous demanding upon physicians for documentation, administrative and efficiency skills. Medicare documentation requires physicians to document their medical advice and attention, but such documentation does not take into account the needs of patients who just want to be helped.
