Article Abstract:

Women should eat five servings of fruit and vegetables a day. They should also vary the types of fruit and vegetables they eat, eat bigger servings of them, eat those with dark colors, buy only fresh produce, eat some of them raw, and cook vegetables shortly and with little water.
