Introducing improved nursing documentation across a trust

Article Abstract:

The trust of various hospitals, including NHS has taken major steps for revising and improving the internal, as well as external documentation of the hospitals to avoid various complaints and investigations leading to the indefensible claims. The trust has ensured a proper documentation and accounting of the various cases that will individually focus on a patient's perceived needs and assessments.
