Investing in a fitter workforce

Article Abstract:

Department of Health has been encouraging the public to exercise and has supported the concept of gym, however, the nurses are finding it difficult to get through a shift and attend an exercise class later. Ms Jan Beisty of Surgery division, Stepping hill hospital, Stockport NHS foundation trust readily addresses some of the difficulties faced by nurses and also emphasizes on the need for regular exercise to remain fit and healthy in the long run.
