Article Abstract:

The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) has published reports critical of the nutritional value of deli sandwiches, Mexican cuisine, and other food types, but the reports do not mean that these foods are always bad. Advice on how to prepare lower fat versions of such foods is presented.
