Leg extensions: the real knee-pain culprit?

Article Abstract:

Exercise research has proven that leg extensions can cause knee injuries. Such injuries result from stress arising from open kinetic chain (OKC) movements. OKC exercises basically involve the use of a single joint, and discomfort usually arises due to the improper trekking of the tibia relative to the femur.
