How to avoid pitfalls in hiring a management firm

Article Abstract:

There are several issues to consider when physicians hire a practice management company. Physicians should know the services that they desire before hiring a particular firm. Other physicians' practices supervised by the potential practice management firm should be examined and references should be checked. A contract should protect the physicians' rights and the correct management structure should be chosen.
