Americans are found to consume an average 8 pounds of crackers per person per year, as it is a good substitute for bread and hence beneficial for dieters. Tips on choosing crackers with respect to type, serving size, calories per serving, salt, and fiber contents are presented along with ways of making them more enjoyable and nutritional.
