Providing a broad range of personality types in hospitals is as important as providing a range of nursing skills. The four facets of personality are our ruled by whether we are extrovert or introvert, how we collect information, how the information is used in decision making and how we live. These four functions give rise to 16 possible broad personality types including intuition, thinking, feeling and perceiving.
