Factors that impact on concordance with compression therapy

The practitioner providing effective care for patients with leg ulceration and the choice and application of compression therapy influencing concordance are discussed. It is important to develop a therapeutic, non-judgmental relationship with patients living with leg ulceration.

The diagnosis and management of mixed aetiology ulcers

Some percentage of leg ulcers has a mixed arterial venous aetiology. Various factors to be considered while assessing and treating these potentially complex ulcers are described.
