Myostatin Mutation associated with gross muscle Hypertrophy in a child

Article Abstract:

Muscle wasting and weakness are the most common disorders found among the children. Myostatin plays an important role in regulating muscle mass in them. Muscle bulk and strength could be therapeutically increased by inactivation of myostatin.

Renal-Replacement Therapy is for the children with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Despite impressive improvement during the past four decades, morbidity and mortality among children with ESRD remain high.
