Article Abstract:
Nursing Times decision to launch a campaign highlighting the problem of verbal abuse faced by nurses was in direct response to the concerns of its readers. It revealed that a shocking nine in ten (88 percent) of the 2,564 nurses who responded to the survey stated they have experienced verbal abuse at work.
