Nystatin

Article Abstract:

Nystatin, an antifungal or amphoteric polyene, works by disrupting the fungal cell membrane, resulting in increased cell permeability and leaking of nutrients, and is used for vaginal infections, skin infections, and oral infections. The administration of nystatin can be done orally, as a cream or ointment depending on the site of infection.

Metoclopramide

Article Abstract:

Metaclopramide is used to reduce nausea, vomiting, particularly in gastrointestinal disorders and during treatment with cytotoxics and radiotherapy and migraine. The cautions that have to be taken by the patients, the side effects, interactions, nursing considerations and administration methods are described.

Medroxyprogesterone

Article Abstract:

Medroxyprogesterone prevents follicular maturation and ovulation and stimulates the growth of mammary issue. Some side-effects include change of menstrual cycle, dizziness, headache depression, skin reaction and weight gain.
