Oblique crunch

Article Abstract:

The oblique crunch is an exercise aimed at strengthening the upper-abdominal muscles, particularly the rectus abdominis and the external and internal oblique muscles. It is useful for athletes involved in sports that requires the flexion and/or rotation of the torso.

One-arm bent-over row

Article Abstract:

The one-arm bent-over row is used to develop the latissimus dorsi and mid-back muscles to strengthen the neutral and pronated grips of bodybuilders. The exercise is also essential in racket sports, especially in tennis backhand, and in improving the posture.
