Ovulation induction/intrauterine insemination in infertile couples is associated with low-birth-weight infants

Article Abstract:

The authors have investigated the outcome of singleton pregnancies concieved via ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination. The results have demonstrated that the outcome of singletons born due to ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination is poorer than that of natural conception.

Preprandial versus postprandial blood glucose monitoring in type 1 diabetic pregnancy: a randomized controlled clinical trial

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on pregnant women with type 1 diabetes. The authors have compared preprandial and postprandial capillary glucose monitoring in these women, and they have concluded that postprandial capillary blood glucose monitoring can reduce preeclampsia in type 1 diebtic women.

Recruitment of CD4 (super)+ T lymphocytes and macrophages into the cervical epithelium of women after coitus

Article Abstract:

The authors have investigated macrophages and cervical intraepithelial T lymphocytes in healthy uninfected women. The effect of sexual intercorse on the macrophages and T lymphocytes has been studied and discussed.
