Some people believe that personal hygiene should be supplemented by therapeutic activities to wash away toxins and promote inner cleanliness. Medical experts, however, report that fasting, massage, heat therapy, chelation and colon therapy are ineffective and may adversely affect health.

One half hour, one whole workout

Article Abstract:

An exercise workout for men that burns fat, tones all muscles, and burns about 300 calories in just one half hour is presented. The exercises include running in place, pushups, squats, jumping jacks, lunges, arm work, leg lifts, stair running and crunches.
