Points of control in inflammation

Article Abstract:

This review delineates the complex set of interactions occurring between soluble factors and cells during an inflammatory response to traumatic, infectious, post-ischaemic, toxic or autoimmune injury. Research findings indicate that in most cases, the process leads to recovery from injury. However, when non-inflammatory conditions do arise they occur due to suppression of reactions leading to inflammatory stimuli.

Aligning pharmaceutical innovation with medical need

Article Abstract:

The research and development (R&D), delivery of health care products and open access drug companies might spur innovation while improving science, widening the scope and stabilizing the funding of the public-private partnerships (PPPs). Financial incentive would come from registering patterns on track II and companies would strive to maximize access to such products through low pricing and low licensing.
