Practising research-based teaching

Article Abstract:

Nursing tutors should base their teaching on research to enable students to apply research findings to practical situations. However research based teaching is impeded by lack of time and skills, along with limited resources. Increasing the skills of the teacher, prioritising reading research and forming self help groups help to overcome these problems.
