Delayed uterine re-inversion: a unique symptom complex

Article Abstract:

The recurrence of uterine inversion on postpartum day 18 in a 21-year-old woman is discussed. Normal bowel and bladder functions were reestablished by the restoration of normal pelvic anatomy and a period of observation.
