Do you understand: overcoming language, cultural barriers in the workplace

Article Abstract:

The language barrier and the communication gap between the Hispanic workers and the supervisors are the reasons for the increase in the Hispanic workers injury and death rate. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration's programs to educate the Hispanic workers about the workplace rules and federal regulations are discussed.
