Seven perfect exercises to make the arms muscle defining and strength training skills, which are helpful for making perfect arms, are presented. Different exercises such as floor dips, forearm curls, alternating hammer curls, and dumbbell boxing are highlighted which help in toning the arms.

Running as fast as she can

Johnson struggled with weight loss in her 20s and 30s until she entered a Weight Watchers program and became a serious runner. Although she is 38-years old, she has already run eight marathons. Her most rewarding feat was qualifying for and finishing the 1991 Boston Marathon.
