Article Abstract:

Three women share their weight loss success stories, ranging from a 94-pound loss to a 130-pound loss. All 3 women succeeded by adding fruits and vegetables to their diets, exercising frequently, and cutting back on high-fat and high-sugar foods. The women used Weight Watchers programs.

Article Abstract:

Austin is a liberal university town and very different from the rest of Texas. Visitors can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including water sports and hiking. Three restaurants are recommended, and other attractions are briefly discussed.
