The Vanderbilt University experience: case study 5

Article Abstract:

The School of Nursing at Vanderbilt University in Nashville TN has developed four models to deliver health care through Tennessee's Medicaid program. The University of Rochester experience: case study 2

Article Abstract:

A health center established by the University of Rochester, NY, at a local high school may be a highly effective way to maintain the health of adolescents. Since at least one-fourth of the enrollees change every year, increased initial assessment is essential. Many teenagers seek unscheduled, confidential care, so any school-based plan must attempt to track hospitalizations and emergency room visits.
