The profiles of facilities, which have attained Magnet status, given to the institutions with ability to attract and keep good nurses are presented. Central Baptist Hospital and St. Francis Medical Centre are the recipients of the status with distinctively upgraded organizational structure, personnel policies, quality of care and improvement, and professional development.

The best hospitals in the US boast the Magnet seal of approval, and gaining this accreditation requires certain criteria stipulated in the Magnet program. The two facilities that meet the Magnet criteria and have received the accreditation are The Children's Hospital at Denver, and the Johnson City Medical Center at Johnson City.
