The shame trap

Article Abstract:

Women often suffer from shame without realizing that it is the real problem. Feelings of inferiority usually begin in childhood. It is not easy to destroy these feelings, and change the negative behavior they cause. Five tips are offered on ways to overcome shame and develop healthy self-esteem.
