The simple secret to a healthier diet: eat at the right time

Article Abstract:

Three healthful meals a day plus several small, nutritious snacks will provide needed nutrients. Going longer than three hours without eating is unwise, and breakfast should never be skipped. Excessive eating at night should be avoided. Vitamins are also discussed.
