The wisdom of wee ones: sometimes the smallest voices speak the loudest

Article Abstract:

One mother found that her young daughter knew some of the best ways to deal with life's everyday challenges. Her youthful wisdom taught her how to let go of adult rules and expectations that are confining, if not stressful. These are sometimes better known as hangups, but letting go of them helps to express a person's individual personality through making a cathartic mess or resorting to artistic expression to relieve anxiety. It helps to cry, sing and ask questions to reduce suppressed feelings that need an outlet.
