The key to developing firm buttocks is doing toning exercises at least four times a week. The gluteals are the largest muscle group and several different types of exercises can be used. Although exercise can reshape the buttock area, heredity also determines how they will look.

Physical exercise during hot weather should be modified to adjust to the stress the heat puts on the heart and body. Modifications include shorter workouts, cooling off after workouts and exercising when the heat and humidity are lowest.
