The Health Insurace Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) privacy rule: Implications for clinical research

Article Abstract:

A study was conducted on some of the problems associated with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), which had a significant adverse impact on the conduct of clinical research in the United States. It was seen that the concerns about HIPAA's impact on research are not universal.

Toward a unified theory of renal progression

Article Abstract:

A study was conducted on prevention of progression to end-stage of kidney failure, by the help of unified theory of renal progression. It was seen that a delay in the decline of glomerular filtration rate gives some positive approach and also suggests the possibility of other subordinate therapies.
