Article Abstract:

Allegations of abuse were aimed at Bethlem Royal Hospital's mental impairment evaluation and treatment service (MIETS) unit and were backed by People First. The allegations were unfounded, but Bethlem's staff morale suffered. Bethlem is now constructing a new building and upgrading its existing building, which is hoped to improve patient and employee morale.

Dr. Muir Gray , the tsar of health screening in Britain, says that the national prostate cancer screening program outlined in The NHS Plan, is likely to cause more harm than the disease does, and would not undergo the test himself.
