Article Abstract:

A large number of students studying nursing are employing themselves in various other fields apart from nursing, as they face a constant fear of being unemployed because of the job redundancies and short-term job contracts given to them. The nurses should hence start voicing their opinions to ensure a better future for themselves and the others, as the present scenario is highly affecting the management of hospitals like NHS.
