Bodybuilding does not solely consist of building muscle through rigorous weightlifting exercises but also incorporates a relaxation technique to fight the debilitating effects of stress during the physical workouts. Visualization and affirmation methods are among the components of relaxation.

Stay hungry longer

Article Abstract:

Bodybuilder Frank Zane developed his small muscular waistline by directing his hunger towards abdominal workouts and abdominal vacuuming. The vacuuming exercises allowed Zane to stay hungry longer and do more vacuuming workouts, which resulted in Zane's winning midsection form.
