Divided loyalties

Article Abstract:

UK Royal College of Nursing union representatives often have to tread a difficult path when dealing with nursing issues. It is a difficult job to defend a nurse when the union representative is concerned about the capabilities of an individual. Almost half of all defense cases involve male mental health care nursing staff despite men only accounting for 9.38% of the total nursing profession.
