Tissue factor and factor VIIa as therapeutic targets in disorders of hemostasis

Article Abstract:

The role of the tissue factor and the recombinant factor VIIa (rFVIIa) as new therapeutic targets in disorders of hemostasis is discussed. The pharmacological doses of rFVIIa are found to be very effective in treating patients with hemophilia by providing them with hemostasis.
