Understanding and caring for patients experiencing paranoia

Article Abstract:

Paranoia can be part of a personality disorder and can affect the patient's quality of life if not diagnosed and treated properly. Improving the knowledge of nurses and common people about mental health and they need to made aware of the factors that can cause paranoia, its symptoms and treatment option, then only patients can be helped properly.

The term Efemale genital mutilationE refers to a range of irreversible procedures that alter the anatomy of a womanEs genitalia. Health care professionals need to understand the physical consequences of these procedures and the cultural issues surrounding them if they provide sensitive care that meets the needs of this group of women.

Management of voiding difficulties associated with pregnancy

A clinical case study of Barbara Emery was conducted, who developed difficulties in passing urine after the birth of her second child. The brief description on the clinical experience, the difficulties faced, and the suggested recommendations are given.
