Victimhood and resilience

Article Abstract:

The July 7, 2005 bombings in London left over thousands killed and many more injured who are suffering intense mental anguish. Although arrangements were made to provide immediate psychological help, it did not seem to help the survivors in alleviating their grief and hence it is suggested that in such circumstances most appropriate mental health interventions are practical, not emotional.
