What makes nurses squeamish?
Article Abstract:
The unpleasant tasks in nursing may create some aversions among the nurses, which in turn makes them squeamish. A different way of dealing with the aversions is by choosing not to specialize in the area that will bring them into contact with things they find difficult and the steps in managing nurses who have aversions are presented.
