Where will you nurse next?

Article Abstract:

The emergence of a new breed of private employers like nursing homes, long-term care organizations, charity-run hospitals, and mental health services and the companies who have won the contracts in the first wave of the independent sector treatment centre programme to give treatment for NHS patients are opening up new employment opportunities for the nurses. The nurses will have a rising number of employers and can have job changes in and out of NHS, which would be beneficial to the patients as well as the nurses.
