Will your child's diet help or harm her?

Article Abstract:

A new research shows that there is a definite relationship between what adults ate when they were children and the risk of disease due to it and an easy to follow eating plan for good health for many years to come is presented. Nutrition experts suggest four key areas to be taken care and they are less sugar foods, correct choice of carbohydrates, the right kind of fat and to keep calories under control.
