Worth the effort?

Article Abstract:

Scientific evidence shows that peak contraction training does not provide the benefits expected by bodybuilders. A study conducted by researchers at the Southern Cross University in Australia revealed that peak contraction training does not increase strength more than conventional training.

Snow skiing is a winter sport that requires leg strength and balance which can be improved by weight training. Leg exercises such as the leg press, walking lunge and calf raise can be utilized to enhance the efficiency of the leg muscles in skiing.
