Young women and asthma

Article Abstract:

There has been an alarming increase in the number of asthmatics, especially women. Women have also been found more likely to develop the disease than men. A normal life, however, is possible for asthmatics once they get the proper treatment. Some facts about the diagnosis and control of the ailment are presented.

The truth about breastfeeding: if breastfeeding is so good for babies, why is it so hard on women?

Article Abstract:

Breastfeeding benefits both the baby and the mother. Mothers who breastfeed will lose weight faster after childbirth, will reduce their risk for osteoporosis, premenopausal breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Breast-fed babies, on the other hand, have lesser chances of developing some illnesses.
