Carl Safina

Carl Safina is a prominent ecologist and marine conservationist and president of the Blue Ocean Institute, an environmental organization based in Cold Spring Harbor, New York. In the year 2000 Safina won a John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation Fellowship, popularly known as the 'genius' grant.

Cunningham, Michael
Article Abstract:
Cunningham was born in 1952 in Ohio. He graduated from the University of Iowa with a master's degree in fine arts. Among his famous works include, "Golden States", "A Home at the End of the World" and "Flesh and Blood" for which he received a Whiting Writer's award in 1995.
