Violinist Jennifer Koh was already considered one of the world's best young classical musicians by her early teens by those who saw her performance in national competitions, and her reputation continues to grow steadily since then. Koh is known for the insight and appreciation she brings to her interpretations of both well-known and obscure compositions, and conveys a passion that is rare, or at least rarely so freely demonstrated, even among her fellow musicians.

Ani Kavafian has established herself as one of the premier violinists with her energetic, physical style and dramatic quality of performances in her professional career that has spanned three decades with more than 2,000 performances around the globe. Her latest compact-disk releases include a live recording with Kenneth Cooper of Bach's Six Sonatas for Violin and Fortepiano, in 2005, and Mozart Sonatas for Piano and Violin, with Jorge Federico Osorio, in 2006.
