40 cents Piper stamp revised

Article Abstract:

A new version of the 1991 40-cent airmail stamp depicting Walter T. Piper was issued on July 1, 1993, with different plates than those used for the 1991 version. The two versions look relatively the same, with the exception of different prefix letters on the plate numbers and different perforations.
